Kinga Westwood

Over ten years in practice across the corporate, education and human services sectors has provided Kinga with the experience and skills to support adults and children from all walks of life to overcome challenges, improve relationships and enhance their general wellbeing. 

Kinga also imparts her knowledge in professional supervision in workplaces. Practiced across a diverse range of mental health issues and difficulties including anxiety, stress and depression, Kinga has a particular expertise and interest in working with children to help them develop the knowledge and specific skills that build resilience, and to understand and manage their emotions and behaviour. These are the necessary foundations for independent, healthy and resilient adults.

Kinga works with individuals and families who have been impacted by severe mental health issues and she is committed to ongoing professional development through education and supervision. This ensures that her clients receive support of the highest standard and according to latest research and best practice.
